As of January 2007, Jillian Klarl and Northern Valley Realty joined with Joyce Weis of Crestone Realty, and together they have embarked on a new real estate venture.  Northern Valley Realty and Crestone Realty have become Century 21 Valley Realty of Crestone. 

Jillian and Joyce joined Terry Smith, who has owned and operated Century 21 Valley Realty, with offices currently in Alamosa and South Fork, since 1983.  Terry is a fourth generation San Luis Valley native and calls the Valley his home.  He has children, grandchildren and his parents all still living here.  Terry has also owned a home in Crestone for 8 years and looks forward to spending more time here.

Century 21 Valley Realty of Crestone will remain a small, hometown real estate office.  We will have, though, more resources at our disposal to assist our clients, both buyers and sellers, in achieving their goals.
